Klarna not taking payment after 13 months!

Having an issue with a finance agreement with Klarna. In short I purchased a Canyon bike on a a finance agreement with klarna. The first payment post was taken successfully one month after purchase (1st of August 2024, following purchase on 1 July 2024). However since this date no further payment has been taken. It still remains on my credit file of course but not an an issue that i have failed to address but just a stated loan amount, and i have contacted Klarna over phone (they didnt seem concerned when i called in November 2024 and said it would be addressed soon), i then wrote a formal letter in January 2025 and to date no response and no further payment has been taken. 

Any advice on how to address this would be great! Is it unrealistic to ask them to waive the payments they have failed to take?

Formal complaint that they are not doing their job 

No they will not waive payments, you owe the money and they have up to 6 years. You might get a token complaint sum though
