TERMS AND CONDITIONS for KISS x VOXI Mobile (the “Competition”).

These terms and conditions (the “Specific Terms”) for the Competition should be read alongside our general competition terms and conditions at: http://www.bauerlegal.co.uk/radio-competition-terms.html (the “General Terms”) which will also apply to this Competition. Where there is any conflict between these Specific Terms and the General Terms, the Specific Terms shall prevail. 

1. THE ON AIR COMPETITION AND HOW TO WIN 

1.Entry ROUTES and Costs	Entry to the Competition is available via the following routes: (A) Online at: https://hellorayo.co.uk/kiss/competitions/ Entries are restricted to one per person. Online entry is free of charge.
2.COMPETITION MECHANIC AND HOW TO WIN	There will be 1 on-air winner, on Friday 22nd August 2025 during the breakfast show 06:00-10:00, winning the prize as described in 5.0 The Prize. 2.1 Registration · Entrants must use the online registration form (1. Entry Routes and Costs) to tell us their ‘boring bank holiday plans’ and what they’re not looking forward to. · Entrants must then enter their own name and contact details in order to be contacted, should they be successful. 2.2 Shortlisting  · Bauer Media’s production team and an independent judge will select a shortlist of entries from all valid entries submitted via the online page during the entry period (3). Valid entries will be judged on the following criteria: o Worthiness; and o Entertainment value n. Being short-listed does not mean you are a winner of the competition. The winner will be announced on-air between 06:00 – 10:00 on Friday 22nd August. · The successful shortlisted entrants will be contacted by a member of the KISS production team on Thursday 21st August and asked to reiterate their entry over the phone and confirm their availability between 06:00 – 10:00 on Friday 22nd August, when the on- air competition stage will take place. The shortlisted entrants will be called in order of preference of winning applying the judging process criteria and will be called to check availability and their desire to continue in the competition. If an entrant does not want to continue another shortlisted entrant will be called in place. · On Friday 22nd August one shortlisted will be brought to air on. If we are unable to get hold of the first shortlisted entrant, we will move onto the next, until one is successfully brought to air. · If you fail to answer the phone when called, your entry will become invalid. 2.3 The Competition · The Competition round will air during KISS Breakfast Show with Jordan and Perri on KISS on Friday 22ndAugust 2025 between 06:00 - 10:00. · The selected entrant will have to come to air and tell Jordan and Perri their ‘boring bank holiday plans’ as entered online. · They will then be rewarded with the prize. (See section 5 “The Prize”)
3. ENTRY PERIOD	Online for pre-registration at: https://hellorayo.co.uk/kiss/competitions/ from 18/08/2025 00:01 (“Start Time”) to 20/08/2025 23:59 (“End Time”). Entries received before the Start Time or after the End Time will be invalid. Winner Announcement. The name and the hometown of the winners may be announced during the live period, on-air, on KISS.
4. ENTRY RESTRICTIONS	· Open to UK residents aged 18 years or over on date of entry. · Our employees (and their family members) or employees of any company involved in the Competition, including any Prize Provider, are not permitted to enter. · We reserve the right to disqualify any entrant or winner who does not comply with any of the eligibility criteria and/or is in breach of these Terms. We reserve the right to repeat the competition mechanic or any stage of it in order to draw a winner that fulfils all of the eligibility criteria and is in compliance with these Terms. · Anyone who has won a Bauer competition to the value of £500 or more within the past 6 months on any Bauer Radio Brand, will not be eligible to take part in this competition nor will anyone else at their address. THE PRIZE	1 winner will receive the following prize (the “Prize”): Prize package for 2 people includes: Travel allowance of £100 per person to London, Stansted Return flights from London Stansted to Ibiza, including 1 x cabin bag only 23 Aug STN 07:00 --> IBZ 10:40 25 Aug IBZ 16:30 --> STN 18:10 Return private transfers from Ibiza airport to the hotel 2 nights’ 4-star hotel accommodation in Ibiza, based on sharing a double occupancy room with breakfast £250 spending money (winner only) Entry to KISS Pool Party Live on Saturday 23rd August Travel insurance T&Cs: The prize package is for two (2) people, all of whom must be free to travel across 23 to 25 August 2025; Winner and guest must both be over the age of 18;  Economy flights from London Stansted only (inclusive of all applicable airport taxes, fees, and duties); Flights may be indirect and not all routings will be available; Departing from Stansted on 23 August at 07:00 and returning from Ibiza on 25 August 16:30, no other flight routing will be provided; Excludes checked luggage and pre-selected seats; Travel expenses are included up to the total value of £100 GBP, which can be spent on petrol/parking or travel by public transport to London Stansted; Accommodation is based on two (2) adults sharing one (1) double occupancy room in Ibiza; Accommodation will be selected by prize provider at their sole discretion; A valid credit or debit card for incidentals may be required to guarantee your room on check in and therefore at least one of the travellers must possess and travel with a valid credit or debit card;  The prize excludes domestic ground transfers, meals and drinks, hotel incidentals, excursions, attractions, treatments, visas, personal expenses and anything not expressly stated in the prize package;  All elements of the prize are subject to availability; if unavailable, experiences and items of a similar nature and equal monetary value may be offered at the prize provider’s discretion;  All cash allowances listed will be sent via bank transfer to the winner’s nominated account, recipient of funds must be aged 18 years or older; Travel insurance is subject to restrictions and the terms and conditions of the insurance provider. Travel insurance provided is a basic single trip policy and it is the responsibility of the winner and/or their companions to meet any additional costs relating to obtaining insurance cover for any pre-existing medical conditions and for any additional costs as may be specified where the winner and/or their companions are aged 70 or over; Levels of coverage will vary and it is the winner and guest’s responsibility to ensure that the level of coverage offered is sufficient for their circumstances;  Winner and guest must be free to travel on 23 August to 25 August with the provided itinerary, no other dates or timings will be offered;  Once booked, the prize cannot be amended or cancelled;  Prize is non-refundable and non-transferable; no cash alternative is available;  All travellers will require a passport valid for at least 6 months on date of travel; any necessary visas or additional insurance are the responsibility of the winner and guests;  If the winner elects not to, or is unable to, use part of the prize, the winner will forfeit that part of the prize package;  Prize must be taken in accordance with government guidelines and COVID-19 rules and restrictions in place at the time of travel, the arrangement and additional costs for any COVID-19 testing, quarantine accommodation or anything else that may be required is sole responsibility of the winner and guest;  The Prize Provider is Element London Ltd. 1. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY AND CONSENTS. By entering this Competition, you are consenting to our use of your entry both to publicise this Competition, our radio station or any other radio station which we own or control. This means that we may use all names, images, descriptions, photographs video footage, and other information, which you have submitted on entry, in any media, without paying you any remuneration therefore and without any time restriction. You also agree that we may film, record or photograph you in connection with the competition and /or the Prize if applicable. We will own these films, recordings or photographs and we may use them publicly, including on the internet, for our radio broadcasts and/or for any promotional purposes. You will also have waived any moral rights or right to payment that you may have had.

1. MISCELLANEOUS.

• Entries which do not comply with these Terms or the General Competition Terms and Conditions will not be accepted and any entries may be disqualified if we have any reason to suspect that there is a breach of, or non-compliance with, these Terms.
• Where a competition mechanic involves the answering of questions, the correct answers to questions must match our answers to win (or be sufficiently close in our sole reasonable opinion) to be acceptable. In the event of any dispute about any answers given and whether they are correct, we reserve the right to amend what we deem a correct answer, however we are not obliged to, and our decision in either case is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
• We are not responsible if you fail to get through when you call / text to enter, or if you lose signal during a call.
• You are responsible for all costs of entry and where necessary, obtaining the bill payer’s permission. Please refer to your tariff with your network provider for information about charges you may incur for entry into our competitions via any SMS or phone call entry route.
• We accept no liability for network, technical or signal errors, issues or failures experienced by entrants when entering the competition or at any stage during the mechanic of the competition.
• Whilst on-air, you must not make any inappropriate, profane, indecent, harmful or offensive statements. If you do so we reserve the right to take you off-air immediately and disqualify you from the competition. You may be also disqualified from the competition at any time if you are incomprehensible, inaudible or if you appear to be driving, intoxicated or likely to offend listeners. Any prize already won may be withdrawn and re-awarded to another entrant.
• As far as it is lawful to do so we exclude our liability for any losses suffered in connection with the Competition or any element of the Prize.

We may cancel, end or suspend the Competition where we are required to do so in circumstances outside our control. We reserve the right to amend these Terms at any stage during the Competition if such amendment is necessary to facilitate the administration of the Competition.
