NO PURCHASE IS NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. A PURCHASE DOES NOT INCREASE THE CHANCES OF WINNING.

1.    THE PROMOTER

1.1    The Promoter is: Speedy Asset Services Limited of Chase House, 16 The Parks, Newton – Le – Willows, WA12 0JQ.

2.    THE PRIZE DRAW

2.1    The title of the prize draw is Ford Transit Custom V710 Leader Giveaway.

3.    THE PRIZE 

3.1    The prize is one Ford Transit Custom V710 Leader to be won.
3.2    In the event of the prize not being available for whatever reason, the Promoter reserves the right to replace the prize with an alternative prize of equal or greater value and quality.
3.3    Any and all prize related expenses, including without limitation any and all national and/or local taxes, road tax, fuel, MOTs, servicing and maintenance and insurance shall be the sole responsibility of the winner.
3.4    The Prize is subject to availability. Save as set out in clause 3.2, the prize is as stated with no cash alternative in whole or in part and the prize is non-transferable.

4.    ENTRIES

4.1    The prize draw will run for a limited time only, opening at 12 noon 20 June 2025 and closing at 12 noon Tuesday 31 March 2026 (“Closing Date”). All entries must be received no later than 11.59:59am Tuesday 31 March 2026 on the Closing Date. Entries received after the Closing Date are automatically disqualified. 
4.2    To enter this prize draw, you must visit our website at  www.speedyhire.com/vancomp and enter your details.
4.3    Entries that are not complete or do not adhere to the rules or specifications may be disqualified at the sole discretion of Speedy Asset Services Limited.
4.4    There is a maximum of one entry per person. You may not enter more than once by using multiple email addresses, identities, or devices in an attempt to circumvent the rules. If you use fraudulent methods or otherwise attempt to circumvent the rules your submission may be removed from eligibility at the sole discretion of the Promoter.
4.5    The Promoter will not accept: 
4.5.1    responsibility for lost prize draw entries, including, for example, as a result of equipment failure, Internet malfunction, systems, satellite, network, server, computer hardware or software failure of any kind; or
4.5.2    proof of transmission as proof of receipt of entry to the prize draw.
4.6    By entering this prize draw, you are agreeing to be bound by these terms and conditions.

5.    ELIGIBILITY

5.1    The prize draw is open to all residents in England, Wales and Scotland aged 18 years or over at the date of entry with a valid UK driving licence, except: 
5.1.1    employees of the Promoter or its holding or subsidiary companies;
5.1.2    employees of agents or suppliers of the Promoter or its holding or subsidiary companies, who are professionally connected with the prize draw or its administration; or
5.1.3    members of the immediate families or households of 5.1.1 and 5.1.2 above. 
5.2    The Promoter will not accept prize draw entries that are:
5.2.1    automatically generated by a computer;
5.2.2    completed by third parties or in bulk; 
5.2.3    illegible; or
5.2.4    incomplete.
5.3    By entering the prize draw, you confirm you are eligible to do so and eligible to claim the prize. The Promoter reserves the right to verify your eligibility to enter the prize draw.
5.4    The Promoter reserves all rights to disqualify you if the Promoter has reasonable grounds to believe your conduct is contrary to the spirit or intention of the prize draw.

6.    WINNERS

6.1    The winner of the prize draw will be electronically drawn at random by the Promoter using a random number generator software. The chosen winner is final and no correspondence or discussion will be entered into with the Promoter.
6.2    The Promoter will make available information that indicates that a valid award took place. To comply with this obligation the Promoter will publish the surname and county of the prize draw winner and, if applicable, their winning entries in Instagram on 3rd April 2026 (“Announcement Date”).
6.3    If you object to any or all of your surname, county and winning entry being made available, please contact the Promoter at www.speedyhire.com/vancomp. In such circumstances, the Promoter must still provide the information and winning entry to the Advertising Standards Authority on request.
6.4    The winner will be contacted personally by the Promoter via the email address provided in your entry to the prize draw.
6.5    The Promoter will make all reasonable efforts to contact the winner. The winner will be notified within 7 days of the Announcement Date.
6.6    The Promoter shall have no liability for the winner's failure to receive notices due to winners' spam, junk e-mail or other security settings or for winners' provision of incorrect or otherwise non-functioning contact information.
6.7    If the selected winner cannot be contacted, is ineligible or fails to claim the prize within 3 days from the Announcement Date, the Promoter reserves the right to offer the prize to the next eligible entrant selected from the correct entries that were received before the Closing Date.
6.8    Delivery of the prize will be within 28 days of the Announcement Date. The Prize shall be delivered to a mainland UK address and is not permitted to be exported outside the United Kingdom.
6.9    The Promoter does not accept any responsibility if you are not able to take up the prize.

7.    DATA PROTECTION

7.1    If you are the winner of the prize draw, the Promoter may use your name, image and town or county of residence to announce the winner of this prize draw and for any other reasonable related promotional purposes.
7.2    Any personal data relating to prize draw entrants will be used in accordance with the Promoter’s privacy policy which can be found at https://www.speedyservices.com/privacy-notice. See also condition 6.2, with regard to the announcement of winners.

8.    LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

8.1    By entering, and insofar as is permitted by law, you agree to indemnify and keep indemnified the Promoter and its subsidiaries, affiliates, advertising and promotion agencies, partners, representatives, agents, successors, assigns, employees, officers and directors from any liability, illness, injury, death, loss, litigation, claim or damage that may occur, directly or indirectly except where it is caused by the negligence of the Promoter, its agents or distributors or that of their employees. This includes, whether caused by negligence or not, from entrant's participation in the sweepstakes and your acceptance, possession, use, or misuse of any prize or any portion thereof: 
8.1.1    technical failures of any kind, including but not limited to the malfunctioning of any computer, cable, network, hardware or software;
8.1.2    the unavailability or inaccessibility of any transmissions or telephone or Internet service;
8.1.3    unauthorised human intervention in any part of the entry process or the promotion; and
8.1.4    electronic or human error which may occur in the administration of the Promotion or the processing of entries.
8.2    Your statutory rights are not affected.

9.    OWNERSHIP OF PRIZE DRAW ENTRIES AND INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY RIGHTS

9.1    All prize draw entries and any accompanying material submitted to the Promoter will become the property of the Promoter on receipt and will not be returned.
9.2    By submitting your prize draw entry and any accompanying material, you agree to:
9.2.1    assign to the Promoter all your intellectual property rights with full title guarantee; and
9.2.2    waive all moral rights in and to your prize draw entry and otherwise arising in connection with your entry to which you may now or at any time in the future be entitled under the Copyright, Designs and Patents Act 1988 as amended from time to time and under all similar legislation from time to time in force anywhere in the world.
9.3    You agree that the Promoter may, but is not required to, make your entry available on its website at https://www.speedyservices.com/ and any other media, whether now known or invented in the future, and in connection with any publicity of the prize draw. You agree to grant the Promoter a non-exclusive, worldwide, irrevocable licence, for the full period of any intellectual property rights in the prize draw entry and any accompanying materials, to use, display, publish, transmit, copy, edit, alter, store, re-format and sub-licence the prize draw entry and any accompanying materials for such purposes.

10.    GENERAL

10.1    The Promoter reserves the right to hold, void, suspend, amend or cancel the prize draw where it becomes necessary to do so for reasons outside of the Promoter’s reasonable control.
10.2    If there is any reason to believe that there has been a breach of these terms and conditions, the Promoter may, at its sole discretion, reserve the right to exclude you from participating in the prize draw.
10.3    The Promoter accepts no responsibility for the winner’s insurance or legal responsibilities regarding owning or using the vehicle.
10.4    These terms and conditions shall be governed by English law, and the parties submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
