 The photo will be displayed in the Gallery for the duration of the promotion and can be voted on by any visitors to the website between 13.08.25 and 30.08.25. Voters can vote for the submitted photo that in their own opinion best represents the theme “Summer” by clicking on the ‘heart’ icon. Voters may vote up to five (5) times. Entrants who have submitted a photo may choose to use one of their votes to vote for their own photo. All voters will have a maximum of five (5) votes for use overall across all entries throughout the duration of the promotion.  Maximum of five (5) votes per participating email address. The Promoter reserves the right at its sole discretion to disqualify any individual found to be attempting to circumvent this clause by tamper with the operation of the promotion by setting up multiple accounts, using multiple identities or to be acting in any manner deemed by the Promoter to be in violation of the terms and conditions; or to be acting in any manner deemed by the Promoter to be disruptive.

(d) At the end of the promotion all votes will be counted and verified by an independent third party, and the photo will the highest number of valid and genuine ‘votes’ will be deemed the winner. The Promoter reserves the right to disqualify any photo, including the winning photo, if it believes there have been any tampering of votes, wrong-doing, or breach of these Terms and Conditions. In such an event the prize entitlement will be withdrawn, and the prize will be awarded to the entry with the next highest number of valid and genuine votes. In the event of a tie, the Promoter will have the casting vote to determine the winner. The Promoter’s decision will be final and binding.
