printing services - recommendation

I am looking for a printer to print something on specialist paper.  I want something like this.  
Custom Grand Format - BARLOGA STUDIOS- fine photographs on intriguing papers
Can anyone recommend a printer who is able to obtain paper like this?

That link tells you virtually nothing about it other than its dimensions and that its cotton rag 

What are you printing?
Do you care how its printed (ie digital, screen, sublimation etc)?
What weight of paper?
How fine you want the surface to be? 
Matt, gloss, satin finish? 

Do you need it to be 40" x 60" or another size?

Any decent printer will have access to a range of paper. 
Just contact a few local ones and get quotes. 
You're probably looking for one that does fine art printing rather than a graphic designer type.
