Scottish Widows Pension Value not always updating

Anyone else with Scottish Widows find their pension balance doesn't always update daily? Today for example mine is showing a balance from 12th Aug but I've had it where it doesn't update for 3-4 days on occasion. Same thing across SW iOS App, Halifax iOS App or logging in via website.

    This does not directly answer your question but mine usually shows two different total valuation but with the same value date.  When I queried with SW they say because the system is updating.

    I don't know the SW app but often with systems you get three values potentially.
    Current value.
    Transfer value
    and fund(s) value.

    The latter may update when FE or Morningstar update their daily fund price feed.  That snapshot point will often be at a different time to when the provider updates their current and transfer values.

    mine updates daily i log on to my retirement account and see it there, alternatively via the Halifax app which shows less detail but the same result (i have to try and not look so often it's a fools game checking it 3 times a week , so I'm happy 60% of the time and despondent the rest ;0)

    FWIW on the Halifax website my SW policy is showing a value dated 13/8/25.

    The balance on my Halifax app can be a day or two behind the value on the SW website.
    To be honest, this doesn't bother me; I'm more interested in the month-on-month and year-on-year movements than on the daily ups and downs.

  • When I log in, via web or app, the latest daily update happens at 1900 UK time, on the ‘savings tab’ where you see the investments on web and on investments in app. The front page value of app or website value updates about 08 or 0900 the next day to that same value. 

    Never seen it not update for days though.
