Solid brick construction and mortgage

Hi
How hard is to get a mortgage for solid brick single story flat? It is a conversion of an old church hall, converted in the 1980s

There’s a difference between a solid brick ie no cavity wall and a single brick construction, solid bricks should be fine if they are of a decent depth whereas single brick is often a badly converted outhouse/ garage etc
