Hi
Looking for a little advice the owners and management of our apartments has went into liquidation. We know we need to set up a management company however can't find any info relating to NI laws online and are baffled as to how we do this in NI. Anyone had to do this before? We’ve been offered to purchase freehold however as we have a 999year leasehold we’re unsure as to whether it makes sense to purchase freehold or should we let it go to crown.

I'd suggest your first act should be to find a good solicitor.0
