It did - which is pointless. I'm hoping I can send them my massive spreadsheet containing projected investement performances, anutity payments and taxable income calculations plus a cheque for £50 and they'll go "OK". The last thing I want is for some bloke to try and "advise" me on the clock, burning my money and raising my blood pressure...

You'd save yourself a lot of grief (and potentially a lot of money) by getting some proper (paid for) advice before you go any further. Setting up your shiny new limited company with everything 'correct' from the start really is worth the expenditure.Googling on your question might have been both quicker and easier, if you're only after simple facts rather than opinions!0
