Sony TV Competition Specific TERMS & CONDITIONS – to be read alongside Sunrise Radio’s General Terms and Conditions

1. Online Competition Entry Dates – 11th-21st August 2025

2. Participate must be 18 years and over to enter and UK resident. Only one entry per household. Close family or friends cannot enter again or participate under a false identity. They will be disqualified and will not be entered into the final draw. .

3. By entering this competition, participants consent to Sunrise Radio sharing the details provided on the entry form with MSM Asia (Sony TV) and Virgin Media for the sole purpose of prize fulfilment. Participants also consent to MSM Asia Ltd (Sony TV) and Virgin Media using these details to contact them directly in order to arrange and delivery any prizes won. 

4. The following individuals are not eligible to enter the promotion: (a) employees and agents of MSM Asia Ltd, Sunrise Radio and Virgin Media Limited (or any group companies); (b) employees and agents of (i) any organisation directly connected with the operation or fulfilment of the promotion (including third party promotional partners); and (ii) any associated, affiliated or subsidiary companies of such organisations or partners; and (c) the immediate families and household members of all such employees and agents referred to in (a) and (b).

5. All valid entries must be made by 11pm on Thursday 21st August 2025.

6. All valid entries will be placed into a final prize draw for a chance to win an 85-inch Sony Smart TV plus an exclusive Virgin Mega Deal of 1 Gig Broadband and TV bundle including the Asian Mela Pack.

7. The winner will be selected at random from all valid entries by a computer process that produces verifiably random results.

8. The draw will take place on Friday 22nd August in Shabnam Sahi’s show between 9am – 12noon on Sunrise Radio. 9. Sunrise Radio will provide MSM Asia with the full name and contact details of the winner. MSM Asia will also share these details with Virgin Media..

10. Prize from Virgin Media can only be offered to participants living in Virgin fibre areas only and subject to eligibility checks.

11. Virgin Media will contact the winner to validate the prize (Virgin Mega Deal of 1 Gig Broadband and TV bundle including the Asian Mela Pack, subject to eligibility). MSM Asia or Sunrise Radio will not be responsible if the winner for whatever reason is unable to claim the prize from Virgin Media.

12. No alternative prize option will be offered.

13. The winner has the option to opt in or out, to receiving information of MSM Asia channels by email.
