Hi all
I've wanted to pay off the house for a long time and we have been working towards paying odd our credit cards which will be done by September October time. After that we did have plan to go on a city break which I think still is the plan..
In the last week I gave had a heart attack and it's really put things in perspective and my desire to pay the house off is stronger. Husband was bit yeah ok and just went eith whay I said in terms of plans but last night when he visited in hospital he really agreed to paying off the house.
So plan to ether save the money in an account and pay the full wack or save to the 10 percent limit and then pay that then start a new 10 percent savings plus extra so that we can see big impact.

Hope you’re okay, or as okay as can be expected in the circumstances. What’s the interest on the mortgage versus what you can get in a savings account? Although sometimes psychological impact is more important. If it was me, I would probably be chucking as much as the mortgage as I could rather than in a separate account. All shall be well, and all shall be well, and all manner of things shall be well.
