YouGov Surveys

I do get a lot of 'flash' survey invites, but they always seem to close just before I get the e-mail invite, so I never get to do them."A dog will sit next to you while you work. A cat will sit on the work."0

I just got enough points for the £50 last Friday, but the money isn't in my account yet - they say it should be there within one working day."A dog will sit next to you while you work. A cat will sit on the work."0
-
Did you actually redeem the points for the £50
My £50 is usually in my account within seconds0 -
Yes, I did - well, the points have come out of my account - although I usually have trouble getting the £50 - probably because I have so many different account numbers I keep putting the wrong ones in - but I only saw one account number and sort code for my bank account when I logged in to it."A dog will sit next to you while you work. A cat will sit on the work."0

A week on from me ordering the £50 and still no sign of it - I contacted YouGov but, as usual, have had no reply yet - sometimes it takes weeks and weeks for them to reply to my messages (if they ever do) but occasionally it takes a couple of days."A dog will sit next to you while you work. A cat will sit on the work."0

Just got a reply from YouGov - they say the payment has been delayed and that I should get it soon."A dog will sit next to you while you work. A cat will sit on the work."0

The money's just come into my account - only the Argos voucher from Toluna to get now."A dog will sit next to you while you work. A cat will sit on the work."0

Now they've started a bonus scheme but you need photo ID to verify it (which, as I keep saying, I neither have or can afford) - I hope this won't be like PayPal and I won't be able to use YouGov at all without a form of photo ID - if all the survey sites I use decided to do that I'm stuck.

Prolific also started using photo ID, but a provisional drivers license tends to count and isn’t a ridiculous amount of money like a passport is.
All shall be well, and all shall be well, and all manner of things shall be well.
Pedant alert - it's could have, not could of.0 -
Sites have to offer an alternative on equality & diversity grounds. Quite often they don't like it when someone points this out, and probably won't make it easy so you might need to state your case quite significantly, but to be diverse they need to provide alternatives. As you indicate, there are a multitude of reasons as to why someone may not have a photo ID which they are required to account for (legally).
