Hello we have just recently applied for mortgage with nationwide and i am keen to hear other people's experiences.
we completed AIP and we then had to meet with one of their advisors. After this meeting with advisor we were told DIP application was a refer.
the following day refer was accepted and hard search was complete. a valuation text was then sent about 2 hours after the application was accepted. The house is around 20 years old.
i just wanted to check that as the DIP was referred and manually reviewed alongside the hard search would this indicate the valuation is the only outstanding part of the process?

Were the supporting documents uploaded and assessed during the DIP review? I thought Nationwide stopped doing that a while ago?I am a mortgage broker. Yes we had to submit bank statements and payslips in advance of meeting the advisor. I presume these were reviewed at the refer stage0
