There seems to be a lot of stuff online about the above name providers of health supplements and vitamins,
in particular Glycinate 3-in-1, containing magnesium, amongst other things.
Has anybody tried their products, especially the Glycinate?
Are they any good?
Thank you.

I have started taking vitamins from nutrition geeks and have to say i can feel the difference. The collagen is fantastic and today someone actually asked me what i used on my skin as it looked fantastic. I take the glycinate in the evening and it has really helped me with sleep, and going to sleep as i could lie in bed for hours without falling asleep. I have taken them for a month and its made a huge difference . I cam recommend them1

Most products contain what they state they contain. So if it says 800mcg of Vitamin A thats what's in it, doesnt matter if you are paying for all their advertisement campaigns including paying influencers and reviewers to include their product or not, it still has the same content.
It's similar with painkillers, which have also been tested and showed no difference in effectiveness between generics and branded. The best that one of the big brands could come up with was that the their pills were shaped and sugar coated to be easier to swallow than the ones costing 10% of the price and the additional revenue goes into R&D to develop better formulations.
No doubt the last part is true to a degree but the improvements in ibuprofen since it was licensed in 1983 as a OTC medication have been fractional at best.
There will always be the snake oil factor too, at the end of the day the placebo effect is real and if people claim they feel better after take a more expensive tablet than a cheap one its very possible they do but it has nothing to do with the pill itself.1
