It came through my door a couple of weeks ago. Notice of discontinuation. This is my first post as I managed to get by just by copying information from other posts on here, so big thank you to everyone, Coupon Mad especially.
It was Civil Enforcement via DCB Legal, for staying in my car for 13 minutes at a pub with an annoying Ipad parking voucher system and unclear signage, while I checked where else to park and if it was worth eating there for the parking.
Discontinued 2 days before the deadline for paying the court fees, fortunately I hadn't bothered writing my witness statement yet.
Any other questions required for 'another one bites the dust' or from anyone with a similar case, let me know.

How refreshing when we see cases won simply by following our advice to the letter without needing a 'heeeeeellllllp!!!!!! thread.
Really hope we'll see you back here on the forum in a couple of weeks, to do the Public Consultation (...please).
Please bookmark the thread we have started about the Consultation & come back soon in August, as we need another week or so to think about our 'recommended' responses to the Consultation a bit more.
