Civil Service Pension - Can You Trust MyCSP?

I first submitted an application for a 'deferred' pension in November 2024 with an agreed payment date of 3 March 2025. After nearly 9 months of continued incompetence I have still not received a correct pension payment. I have had 3 x re-quotes, a period when they claimed I was not entitled to a deferred pension and once this was resolved I was sent a finalisation statement that was completely different to the payments received. I have submitted a number of complaint emails but with the current strike action and their 20 day response times I have yet to have any explanation of why my payments do not match the finalisation statement. Has anyone else had similar issues that do eventually get resolved?
