How much CGT does a non-taxpayer pay?

    Surely a non tax payer will pay no tax?
    What’s the definition of a, “non-taxpayer”? They might not pay income tax but they will if they owe CGT: they exceed the tax free threshold and don’t have any losses/carried forward losses to offset against the gains.

    Agree, in my experience non tax payer refers specifically to income tax.
