ebike hub motor wheel spinning squeak

Is this sound normal for an ebike when the wheel with the hub motor is turning?

When I spin the rear wheel by hand it doesn't spin nearly as long as the front wheel does but I looked online and apparently this is quite normal due to electromagnetic resistance and the squeak is often caused by that?
