UK resident working on US cruise ship

I’m going to be working on a 9 month contract on a US cruise ship. As I am a Uk resident, I am being paid gross in US dollars in a ‘Salary@Sea’ account. What is the best way to transfer this to a UK bank account to incur the lowest fees please?
