Maybe those who don't want to join in with the community spirit of this comp could simply not look at this thread? 🙂

I wonder @mjm3346 if they haven't restarted the entire comp from scratch and have carried over the aspect of not being able to see a hummingbird if you've checked on that page in the last few days (maybe last few days of the comp being active?)

Or, in the community spirit and so you don't break the forum rule about unnecessary bumping, you could start a comment thread about the hummingbirds and leave this thread for the daily clues?

Despite additional and extensive testing with the development company after last week’s technical issues with the game, we’ve unfortunately encountered more issues today.

Oh no! I spent half an hour on it earlier and won 10p and 20p. Along with my winnings from last week (20p) that makes the grand total of 50p. They very kindly allowed me to keep my 20p winnings from last week. 

The big question now is, will I get my 30p???? 

Looks like their "additional and extensive testing with the development company" wasn't additional and extensive enough!

So something they have run successfully for many years suddenly doesn't work - twice.
The rumours that they use the same "development company" as MSE's software is probably not true.

I would say it was probably done on the cheap (cheep even! ). Someone probably decided to mess around with it and now has screwed it up totally.

Will we ever see our beloved hummingbirds flying around and dropping boxes of treats again?
