  Terms and Conditions

• The prize package is for two (2) people, all of whom must travel at the same time with the same itinerary; 
• All persons travelling must be 18 years or older as of the start date of the competition/promotion;
• Travel expenses are included up to the total value of £100 per person, which can be spent on petrol/parking or travel by public transport;
• Accommodation is based on two (2) adults sharing one (1) double occupancy room, in Bath;
• Accommodation will be selected by prize provider at their sole discretion; A valid credit or debit card for incidentals may be required to guarantee your room on check in and therefore at least one of the travellers must possess and travel with a valid credit or debit card;
• The prize excludes any additional travel costs, meals and drinks, hotel incidentals, excursions, attractions, treatments, personal expenses and anything not expressly stated in the prize package;
• If unavailable, experiences and items of a similar nature and value may be offered at prize provider’s discretion;
• Winners must contact prize provider with three preferred travel dates in three separate months no later than six weeks prior to departure; Once booked, the prize cannot be amended or cancelled;
• Prize is non-refundable and non-transferable;
• No cash alternative is available;
• Prize cannot be taken over Christmas, New Year or over Public Holidays;
• Prize is valid for 12 months from the date of notification of winning, and all travel must be completed within that time; Dinner is provided at the specified restaurants on each night of the stay, up to a maximum value of £75 per person only including drinks and service charge;
• Pre-dinner cocktails are provided at the specified bar on one night of the stay, up to a maximum value of £40 per person including service charge;
• Specific terms relating to the spa experience may apply and will be advised upon booking;
• All cash allowances listed will be sent via bank transfer to the winner’s nominated account, recipient of funds must be aged 18 years or older;
• If the winner elects not to, or is unable to, use part of the prize, the winner will forfeit that part of the prize package;
