Can't log in to linkedin any more

Hi,
Ive just tried to log in to linkedin to do a job search and it wont let me in.
Ive been using LinkedIn for years, but yesterday I was trying to cancel
my "pay-for" gold account and accidentally deleted my linkedin account instead.
So anyway I re-registered and made another account.
But now linkedin wont let me in.
It was letting me in to my new account yesterday though.
But now It just sends me to a verification page. But I cant do that because my smartphone's pay-as-you=go contract expired some time ago.
Also I don't have a QR code scanner on the phone.
Is there any way I can contact linkedin, or get verification done without a mobile phone?

I managed to do a screen shot of the QR code that linkedin gave me as part of the ID verification process, and then i went to a website which took it in..it then gave me a web link...which i put into a browser...but that just took me right back to the QR code page that linkedin had just given me....so back round in a circle.
Is there something to do with "2 factor authentifcation" that i have to do with the QR code that linkedin gives me?
Also, linkedin is asking me to send them a government-issued ID to linkedin...but there is no website or email address for which to use to contact linkedin and send them the ID?

Google on 'linked in account restricted' and you'll get step by step guides on how to remedyGoogling on your question might have been both quicker and easier, if you're only after simple facts rather than opinions!0

Thanks, i read that page, but i dont have "automation tools" and all the things they speak of there.
I simply cant verify my ID because it sends me a QR code and i upload it to a QR reader on my laptop and it just downloads the QR code over and over again.
There appears to be no way of contacting linkedin, because i cant log in to my linkedin account.
I am just wondering if someone has been making a bot log in to my linkedin account hundreds of times a day and linkedin have blamed me for that.
I recently accidentally deleted my old linkedin account when i tried to cancel my linkedin premium subscription.
So then i made a new linkedin account, because my old one had obviously been completely deleted.0 -

Thanks, my smartphone is 7 years old. I am wondering if its worth me putting some credit into it and trying to scan the QR code with my Samsung smartphone?
Its a samsung SM-J330FN smartphone.
...I Cant see how doing that verifys my identity anyway?0
