Been with them since they took over Panelbase. Not a brilliant survey site but do get a few £10 a year. But recently I have had one and them today another email saying “ where your survey responses raised quality concerns. We understand mistakes can happen, but we ask that you take more care” I know I have always been careful and honest with my answers. But it reminds me of Onepoll where randomly your account was frozen for the same reasons. I gave up on Onepoll as although I always got my account reinstated you never knew when it would happen again. And I never found out what might have caused them concern. Suspect I might drop Norstat as well! Anyone else had these emails?

Same here might get £20 a year if lucky. 6months on only have 49 points a fiver.

Never had the emails but have noticed it say ok to then have points docked.
None are worse than PrizeRebel, cant do a thing for constant boot outs last 3 years but no problem on other sites running exact same surveys.
