Hello all,
I have seen threads similar to this but wanted to create my own post with my circumstances.
I had parked at a train station car park to be dropped off but had recently been released from a mental health unit and had a blip before leaving the car. Unknowingly, we stayed parked for longer than expected and over the free drop off period without getting a ticket.
I've ignored the letters until now where court action is being threatened and I'll admit, it's concerning me now.
This is the letter. I have seen replies to use on other posts from earlier this year, which I'm happy to use. Any other advice specific to me would be very welcome. And thank you for all of you who post in here and help folk who drop in and out like me.

Will just result in a DCB Legal claim that you can defend with the usual template and will end in discontinuation at the end of the year. They make 1000+ a week, but don't travel around the country attending court hearings. No profit in that, but they only need 150 people out that week's 1000 to immediately pay up to break even. All the £250s after that are pure profit.5

You are now dealing with a timewasting legal.
Play the game with them and read the 624 discontinuations (to date)
YOU DO NOT OWE £170, the fake added £70 is a SCAM invented by ZZPS, a so called debt collector who is a member of the BPA. DCBL seem to think that the code of practice is a law butt there is NO LAW, the BPA are not regulated and what they say in reality means nothingDCB LEGAL RECORD OF PRIVATE PARKING COURT CLAIM DISCONTINUATION
