• The winner will be notified via email within 7 days of the competition closing.
• No cash or prize alternative.
• Travel excluded, winners must make their own way to the stay and to The Eden Project
• The prize is non-transferable and non-refundable.

The Eden Project Additional T&C

• An Annual Pass permits up to two adults and three children unlimited entry to the Eden Project for up to 12 months, provided the Eden Project is open to the public on the day of their intended visit. There will be no physical tickets to Eden provided – the winner and their party will be added as Annual Pass holders and added to Eden’s booking system, and will be able to make their own bookings for free by booking as an Annual Pass holder within the 12 months. Further details will be provided at the time of contacting the winner.
• The Eden Project reserve the right to provide a substitute prize should the specified prize become unavailable for reasons beyond its control.
• The competition is not open to employees of the Eden Project or their families, agents or anyone professionally connected with the giveaway.
