Yougov problem need help

YOUGOV problem! I have redeemed my points on 1st july for £50 to go into bank. Normally really quick and easy but this time over two weeks later still not received the payment! I have emailed several times even commented on couple of the surveys I haven’t received my money. No answer I’m at a loss what to do next. Anyone had same problem??

Your lucky to get to that point (garden the pun) previously I haven't had an issue. They usually respond on the query bit quick. My issue is I am near 5k to get my £50 but had zilch surveys in past few months call me cynical but...Ps tried your spam folder.0
