Hi there
Looking to remortgage in next 2/3 months.
Currently with Kensington, badly advised last time around by broker (had just started a new job on probation) as confirmed on here previously, anyway..
Both employed, salaries
49k and 52k.
Additional annual income
5k disability benefit and 5k car expenses from employer.
Here's the debt bit.
Two car pcp 180 and 390 per month
Two loans 440 and 300 per month and 5k credit card. No missed payments at all.
House value 320k and looking to borrow 245k.
Family in similar circs have went with Halifax and was perhaps thinking likewise to get to mainstream lender. Looking to do longer fixed rate, probably 5 years. Any thoughts please.

From what you have said, I think 99% of lenders will be fine for you. One or 2 might get a bit twitchy about the amount of debt but most high street lenders should be fine.I am a Mortgage AdviserYou should note that this site doesn't check my status as a mortgage adviser, so you need to take my word for it.
