Tesco 1000 extra points?

Hi i have recently converted Tesco points to days out voucher as Martin said there was 1000 bonus points when doing this on his email.
Has anyone done this and how long before points show after this is done?

As it says on the relevant MSE page: "Tesco will add the 1,000 bonus points to your Clubcard account by Sunday 19 October"

So you can't use them during the summer.... that's tight. 🙁
