Hi MSE Forum knowledgeable people

I am hoping to buy a coach with a double garage underneath. 1 will be mine and the other will be leasehold for another property. Wondering if anyone knows which companies can provide mortgages on these properties. I am at the early stages so don't want to start approaching mortgage brokers yet. Just need some pointers.
