Hi,
I have one (of 2 ) hearing aids that cost over £700 each that were purchased almost 3 years ago.  It has already had one repair whilst in warranty, but this time now out of warranty I have been charged £90 to have it sent away for repair.
I have just 2 questions to ask.
1. Is it "reasonable" to expect a hearing aid to last more than 3 years before failing?
2. Under consumer rights, as recently highlighted by Martin, does a hearing aid count as a medical product? ( I guess it does but if so its not covered by the Act )
