NatWest telephone banking call-backs

I phoned NatWest telephone banking to pay an invoice and selected a call back as there was an 8-minute wait. A woman with foreign accent phoned me back and asked what I wanted to do. I said pay an invoice and she said: I can order that for you. I said order what for me? She replied: you said you wanted to order a book. I disconnected the call. I wish I'd continued for a while to see what was going on. I wonder whether people that work for NatWest in Indian call centres could be working for more than one company and hence her mistake, although what I said didn't sound anything like I want to order a book. Anyway I phoned them again and waited in the queue and paid the invoice.
