Convert rewards points into vouchers I can use in store

Good morning, I have amassed a number of reward points but I don't spend money with any of the Tesco reward partners. I would prefer to convert them into coupons to use for my Tesco shopping. Does anybody know how to do this please? Thank you kindly.

With mines, they hold them back until my November statement and I get them all at once then to use towards my Christmas shopping.  Tesco do the converting and send them through the post as coupons.  But before I opted for this, they would send the coupons every 3 months spread over the year.

Once they have converted to a coupon, you will get the paper one inside the statement and also the same coupons wiill be available on your phone as a digital version.

if you have the app (or online access) then you can print coupons - mine become available every 3 months I think
