Normal  -  continue to follow the steps in the Template Defence sticky  -  you are at step 2:-

"Do not be surprised to receive an early copy of the Claimant's Directions Questionnaire or the usual template letter saying they 'intend to proceed' and/or want you to 'settle'. Ignore that!"

But please do the Consultation if you haven't already, as every scam victim's voice counts.
PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).

    Done.

I've received my N180 form by post. Am I correct in thinking I can email this to all parties and also will my typed name suffice as my signature at the end of the form or does this have to be a wet signature? Apologies, can't find anything on this.

I've also received some suspicious recorded calls from a number reported to be DCB legal. Is this typical?

Download the N180 pdf document from the government website,  fill it in , type your name in the signature box,  add an e signature , black ink on white paper, if possible or if you want to,  ( no scans, no pictures , also no paperwork or letters   )

Email as an attachment to the DQ email address in the defence template thread,  and CC the info@ email address for DCB Legal too, job done, one email,  one attachment,  2 email destinations

    Study those 8 steps too

Yes it's normal to get phone calls, texts, etc from the legal companies like DCB Legal

Thank you, email sent and automated acknowledgements received. Love how dcb include their details to make a payment...
