Evans clothes shop (yes, the "big girls shop" keeps a selection of wide fit shoes/sandals. Clarke's normally has some too. Sounds like you're suffering you poor thing.

I have a problem too. I take size 9 (ladies!) I usually get something in Evans . There used to be Lilley and Skinner .. Tall and Small size 2-10 all widths in London. Oxford Circus. Don't know if it's still there.

Try Lidl for larger sized sandals etc. They advertise them as mens sandals but some are suitable for women in appearance and size.

    they're usually low priced.

If you have a look at www.flyflot.co.uk you will find sandals that have been designed by an Italian scientist which have the following features.

    1. Shock Absorbing
    2. Anatomic
    3. Self-molding
    4. Anti-slip
    5. Anti-bacterial

You can obtain them Paver's Shoes and Pavers Outlets. (I don't know where you are but you can check out their shops at www.pavers.co.uk). You can also get them on-line at www.shoe-shop.com or over the phone - 08700 117 227. They really are like walking on air. they start at £17.99.
Jesus loves you:j Everybody else thinks you're an idiot:rolleyes:

As loads of people have said, Clarks does a range called K-Shoes. And they do wide fit. I was in their store last weekend and they have sandals for £19.99. Very good and pretty and very comfy. Why don't you have a look at the local Clarks?
The quickest way to double your money is to fold it in half and put it back in your pocket.

Probably not ideal for wearing everyday but........I got a pair of Asda flip flops for £2 :o which I wore practically throughout my last pregnancy. They were the ones with woven, basket type soles and were the only things I could bear to wear when my toes turned into chipolata sausages :D

I broke them last week ....gutted :(;)

Really feel for you in this heat , I was 7 months pregnant this time last year so know what you're going through

I can thoroughly recommend Birkenstock type sandals as they can be adjusted with the buckle & are very comfy & light

I only paid £10 for a pair (got them in a fashion shoe shop type place) and they were my saviours :D

    Good luck with the baby
