House for sale. Short term fixed rate mortgage?

Hi
I have a second home that I rented out but ended the tenancy as I intended selling as my five year fix was coming to an end this August. The house is currently on the market but not shifting as quick as I would have liked. No offers yet!
Is anyone aware of a short term fixed rate mortgage with minimal or no redemption penalty that is available that I could take out or am I going to have to stick to the base rate mortgage whilst it sells and just suck for the higher interest rate?
