Entry instructions are deemed to form part of the Terms and Conditions. By entering this promotion all participants will be deemed to have accepted and be bound by the Terms and Conditions and to their details being communicated to the Promoter’s representatives so that the Promoters or their representatives can contact the participant in connection with the promotion (as necessary).  Please retain a copy for your information. 

1. PROMOTERS: This is a joint promotion operated by:

References to ‘we’, ‘us’ or ‘our’ in these terms and conditions are references to the Promoters.

2. OPENING AND CLOSING DATE: This promotion runs from 09:01 07 July 2025 and 23:59 03 August 2025 (Promotional Period). Any entries made before the opening date or after the closing date will not be valid and will not be entered into this promotion.

3. ELIGIBILITY: This promotion is only open to Co-op Group Members and employee members of Co-operative Group Limited, who access the Co-op App between the opening and closing date and complete the ‘Win a bundle of holidays’ game. Employees of the Promoters (or any of its group undertakings and its agencies) who are directly connected with the creation and administration of this promotion are excluded from entering this promotion. UK residents only, 18+. Internet access required.

4. HOW TO ENTER: To enter the prize draw, members must access the Co-op App between the opening and closing date and click the link on the discovery tab to continue to the ‘Win a bundle of holidays’ game and complete the game. Members can attempt the game multiple times to be entered into the prize draw or skip to be entered into the prize draw. Members can only enter the prize draw once during this promotional period.

5. PRIZES: The prize consists of three international trips - one Winter Break, one Summer Break and one Christmas City Break and an annual trip travel policy worth up to £250.

4.Each prize is a fixed fee package, with permitted variations outlined below:

i)The Summer Break may be extended to 2 adults and 2 children and the Winter Break will be reduced to 3 nights accordingly.

ii)The Christmas Break may be changed to a Spring Break with optional destinations of Amsterdam, Lisbon, Rome or Berlin.

iii)Once booked, holidays and activities on the holidays cannot be changed.

5.All cash payments will be given to the winner only and will be fulfilled as one total amount (i.e. £1,100 sent to cover all spending for all trips) through a BACS transfer. This will be transferred as least 7 days before the outgoing flight of their first trip.

6.An annual multi-trip policy must be booked via Co-op Travel Insurance and a value of £250 will be redeemed. If travel insurance totals more than £250, the winner will have to pay the difference.

7.Prize must be claimed and booked by the prize winner in one go at least 8 weeks before the first trip and within 12 months from the date of our initial correspondence with the winner when they are told they are a winner.

8.Travel and specific dates are subject to availability and will be agreed at time of booking. Excludes the Christmas holiday period, Valentine’s Day/weekend, Easter weekend and all other public holiday weekends in the UK/ROI and the destination unless otherwise agreed between the winner and the Promoters.

9.Prize includes return travel by air or rail. For air travel, it includes all flight taxes and surcharges as well as one piece of checked baggage per person. Subject to availability, Departure terminal used will be the winners nearest international airport or mainline rail terminus, whichever is closer.

10.Travel prizes are for the maximum number of guests and the destination and dates specified and may not be increased or varied under any circumstances unless specified in these Terms & Conditions.

11.Transfers will be private and not shared with other passengers.

12.Hotel stay will be in a double room where the prize is for 2 people.

13.Activities are subject to weather conditions and seasonal availability according to the dates of travel. Where an activity is no longer available, an alternative activity will be offered by the promoters and is limited to a certain price.

Activities may require a certain level of fitness or may exclude persons with certain medical or physical conditions. Where an activity is not appropriate or viable for an individual, no cash or other alternative will be offered.

14.Prize winner is responsible for arranging their own passport and any travel visas that may be required.

Prizes are provided at our discretion and the Promoters may substitute or change the prize for a prize of an equivalent or greater value if the circumstances beyond the Promoter’s control make it necessary to do so.

6. WINNER SELECTION: 1 winner will be drawn using a randomised computer process within 4 weeks of the close date. The winner will then be contacted within 4 weeks of being drawn.

7. NOTIFICATION: The winner will be notified by the Promoters via email address competitionsupport@coop.co.uk to the details held on our member records within 4 weeks of the winner being drawn. If the winner does not respond to the Promoters within 5 days of being notified and provide the requested information for delivery of the prize, then the winner's prize will be forfeited, and another winner will be picked at random from the remaining eligible entries in accordance with the process described above in the WINNER SELECTION clause. There may be a delay between the winner claiming the prize and delivery. Delivery details will be confirmed to the winner after claiming the prize. Delivery times may vary depending on the prize won.

Once the winner has confirmed acceptance via email or phone to the Co-op, the winner’s details will be securely sent to our fulfilment partner, Stretch Communications Ltd, who will then contact the winner using coopwinners@weticketit.com. The winner must respond to correspondence from Stretch Communications Ltd, within twenty-one (21) days of the email being sent. If no email confirmation is received, the prize will be forfeited, and another winner will be selected at random for the eligible received entries. The Promoter’s decision is final, and no correspondence or discussion will be entered into. We accept no responsibility for prizes that are lost, stolen, delayed in the post or unused by their expiry date. We accept no responsibility where incomplete or incorrect information has been entered as part of a member’s details. If you do not win the prize draw, you will not receive an email from us or our fulfilment partner.

8. DECISIONS OF THE PROMOTERS: If there is any dispute about the receipt or validity of any entry or any other aspect of the promotion, this will be decided by us. Our decision regarding any aspect of the promotion is final and binding and no correspondence will be entered into about it. We are not responsible for any third-party acts or omissions. We reserve the right to cancel or amend this promotion due to events or circumstances arising beyond our control. The Promoters are not responsible for any third-party acts or omissions.

9. WINNERS LIST: Winner’s name and respective county of residence can be made available upon request by emailing competitionsupport@coop.co.uk with the subject title ‘Travel Insurance Game Winners List’ within twenty-eight (28) days of the date of the winner being drawn. By entering, winner’s consent to such information being disclosed upon request. You have the right to ask that we stop any consent-based processing of your personal data after you withdraw that consent.

10. AGREEMENT TO THESE TERMS AND CONDITIONS: Entry to this promotion shall constitute your acceptance of these terms and conditions and your agreement to be bound by them. These terms and conditions take effect immediately upon entry to the promotion. These terms and conditions prevail in the event of a conflict or inconsistency with any other communications, including advertising or promotional materials.

11. DISQUALIFICATION: We reserve the right to reject any entry, withhold any prize and disqualify you from the promotion if we reasonably suspect you of failing to comply with these terms and conditions or of fraud, cheating or dishonesty, without limitation, through the manipulation of codes, multiple computer-generated entries, or otherwise fraudulently falsifying data or acting fraudulently or dishonestly in the Promoter’s opinion. Entries must be made personally. Entries made through agents/third-parties, bulk entries or automated entries are invalid. 

12. NO RESPONSIBILITY FOR ENTRIES NOT RECEIVED: The Promoters accept no responsibility for lost, damaged, incomplete, illegible, or delayed entries and such entries will be void. The Promoters cannot guarantee uninterrupted or secure access to the entry route. We accept no responsibility for entries not successfully received by us, or which are delayed, due to a technical fault, technical malfunction, computer hardware or software failure, satellite, network, or server failure of any kind whether or not such failure is within the control of the Promotor or its agents. Proof of submission of entry is not proof of receipt of entry.

13. USE OF PERSONAL INFORMATION TO ADMINISTER PROMOTION: By entering this promotion, you agree to us collecting and using your personal data. We, and any third-party agencies acting on our behalf, may collect personal information from you in accordance with the Data Protection Act 2018 and other applicable data privacy laws. 15. CANCELLATION OR WITHDRAWAL OF PROMOTION: We reserve the right at our absolute discretion to withdraw or cancel this promotion without prior notice and without liability to any party if it becomes necessary to do so.

16. CHANGES TO THESE TERMS AND CONDITIONS: We reserve the right to amend these terms and conditions at any time. Revised terms and conditions will be available at www.coop.co.uk/terms/holidaybundle. It is your responsibility to keep up to date with any such changes.

17. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY: All conditions, warranties and representations expressed or implied by law or otherwise in connection with the prize and the promotion are excluded to the fullest extent permitted by law and the Promoters shall be under no liability whatsoever or howsoever arising in connection with any loss, damage or injury, directly or indirectly occurring as a result of the provision of, or use of, the prize. We make no attempt to exclude or limit our liability for death or personal injury arising as a result of negligence.

18. RELEVANT LAW: This promotion and these terms and conditions are governed by the laws of England, and you agree to submit to the jurisdiction of the English courts if any dispute arises. 

19. GENERAL: The Promoters are not responsible for any third-party acts or omissions. We cannot guarantee that the event will be free from disruptions, failings, or cancellations.  We are not liable for such disruptions, failings, or cancellations unless they are caused by our negligence.
