need help creating a website

hi last year i set up a commercial website selling dvds and cds with fully integrated shopping cart, and payment methods of paypal, nochex and used google adwords,

i used EKM systems and paid them £20 + vat a month and paid £25 for a domain for a year

i m looking to set one up again but wondered if anyone knew of any good and cheap web hosts where i can sell things using a shopping cart.

and any ideas on alternatives to google adwords.
