I have severe mental health since 1999. I owe M&S Credit Card £1k ish, PayPal Credit £2k ish, Klarna £94 and Sister £9k ish. Also, Student Finance Debt around £4k ish.
Can my M&S, PayPal, Klarna and Student Finance get written off? My sister had cleared my prevous Finances and Credit Cards, so thats why i owe her.
Sometimes I like to use M&S Credit Card and PayPal Credit to pay for things, so if they get written off i wont be able to use them again?
I receive Universal Credit with disability element and Personal Independence Payment standard daily living.
Thanks for any help.

You can try, yes.
You must send affordability complaints, and cite your mental health as a reason.
There is a standard mental health form you can get, which you complete and send with your complaint.
