Hi, sorry to jump in but is this Light Renewables in Maidstone?
(I will hopefully be moving in a couple of months and plan to put a PV system on the new place - batteries weren’t a thing when I got panels on my current home and things have moved on ALOT in the last 15 years!)
Yes - they are one of the installers I use but not every installer is suited to every job. Some are loyal to some components, some to others. Some have very high installation standards and some are extremely cost/ time efficient. I'd suggest sharing details of your roof here and several of us should be able to guide you on the best path forward before getting installers involved.
    -  10 x 400w LG + 6 x 550W SHARP BiFacial Panels + SE 3680 HD Wave Inverter + SE Optimizers. SE London.
    -  Triple aspect. (22% ENE/ 33% SSE/ 45% WSW)
    -  Viessmann 200-W on Advanced Weather Comp. (the most efficient gas boiler sold)

Feel free to DM me if I can help with any energy saving!
