Shared Ownership Mortgage After DMP

Options
Hi
I’m 54 years old and have just paid off my DMP and would like to purchase a shared ownership home-ideally as soon as possible.
Can anyone recommend any brokers who could help?
thanks

I'd just go to any that doesn't charge.

Mine was Nick at Anstee & co. He has been really helpful. He'd be able to tell you what's possible/what your chances are.

Thanks. That makes sense - provided there are no charges

Just to give it a bit of balance, it might be worth speaking to one experienced in adverse (who likely will charge).
We charge, but we specialise in adverse. Its not uncommon that because we know the adverse market well (rather than just dabble in it) than we know of cheaper options than just going straight to the adverse lenders - which might be cheaper in the long run.

No harm in getting a couple of opinions. Also its worth getting a copy of your credit report in advance as most brokers will want to see it and sometimes it can take a few days to arrive.

    Experian/Equifax/Transunion are the 3 agencies.
