Problems logging in and resetting my password

Hello,
I realise this doesn't seem to be the place for this is but I don't know where is. I tried to reset my password and capatcha would fail every time so it wasn't possible. The only solution was to bruit force any combination I could think of. Which in some situations could lock me out of my account.
I am currently using Chrome 138.0.7204.46.
If someone could look into this I'd appreciate it.

Perhaps the forum of game over was not the best choice... It's kinda late and this post was not well thought through. I just wanted to highlight a problem with resetting passwords.
If a mod sees this could you put this to a more appropriate spot? Thanks.0
