Reading the label of bottled water ( Buxton and Nestle Pure Life in this case but the question applies to all ) I wondered whether the listed minerals are of more 'benefit' than those in tap water.

The problem is the amounts you would need to drink, the best is Calcium which you would need to drink 13 litres of Buxton water a day to get your daily requirement. Magnesium 16L, Potassium 3,500L. You would certainly be risking water toxicity if you were drinking that much water.Monanore said:Reading the label of bottled water ( Buxton and Nestle Pure Life in this case but the question applies to all ) I wondered whether the listed minerals are of more 'benefit' than those in tap water.

Well, the minerals in bottled water are exactly the same as the minerals in tap water.Monanore said:Reading the label of bottled water ( Buxton and Nestle Pure Life in this case but the question applies to all ) I wondered whether the listed minerals are of more 'benefit' than those in tap water.0
