Intrum reporting to credit file

Options
I have an old Lendable account which is held by Intrum it receives payments every month from my DMP. In 2023 I won an appeal for unaffordable lending with the FCA and as part of the finding it was instructed that all adverse markers should be removed from my credit file. This was done but in the last couple of days I have been informed that Intrum are now reporting it again to me Experian and Transuniom reports.

I have had no correspondence with Intrum and will be ringing them tomorrow to demand they comply with the FCA findings as has happened for the last 2 years. Just wondering if there arw any genuine reasons why they could resume reporting or us it likely and admin/back office kind of error?

I`m assuming this complaint was upheld by the FOS (financial ombudsman service) the FCA are the regulator.

This could be happening for a number of reasons, Intrum may not be aware of the FOS decision, especially if they acquired the account after the fact, as you say yourself:

"I have had no correspondence with Intrum and will be ringing them tomorrow"

Or it could be an error on their part, but best not to go in demanding anything.

To get this put right, you should refrain from using the phone, put everything in writing, and address it to the complaints dept. at Intrum.

They then have 8 weeks in which to give you a final response.

Wish I had seen this reply before I rang them

Obviously I only got one of the front line workers. Apparently they are in the process of merging to a new system which may have triggered reporting to start again she has passed it on to the team responsible for credit reporting and would get back to me when she heard back from them. Even though I have spoken to her as she was unable to send any type of correspondence relating to our conversation I will send an email also to cover both bases

Lendable didn't appeal the FCA decision and actually accepted their findings quicker than I did and instructed Intrum to carry out the rulings set. As I say it has been off my report for a couple of years now and just popped up over the last week
