I've just checked the rates on www.oanda.com and is horrified to see that the £ has dropped now to 1.3388 against the €. Bad for everyone going to the euro zone in the near future, especially for us because we want to buy a house in Portugal. Hopefull by this summer, the £ will have recovered and house prices down there dropped. Well,a little anyway.
