    One thought on the figures.  If you take your benefits before Normal Pension Age then there is usually an early retirement reduction factor which will apply.  Before making any plans you should get a quote for what your pension would be if you retired on the desired date.  It may be that there is a tool on the pension scheme's website which allows you to work it out for yourself.
