I buy large bags of ginger from Asda, it's cheap and keeps well in the fridge in a Tupperware. I add it to juiced oranges and grapefruits, then blend and sieve and put into shot glasses. Much cheaper than shop bought shots and probably fresher? It keeps for 4 days in the fridge. Isn't ginger supposed to be good for inflammation? I hope so! I am liking the sound of the ginger syrup and will give that a try.3
