Arrangement to pay

Hello everyone. I have been dealing with debt and with the help of reading through the forum I have managed to set up a self managed dmp with all but one of my creditors.
I got all my debts to default first before setting up payment plans but today i noticed one of my debts on my credit file has changed to A - arrangement to pay, is this normal practice? Even though the date of default is still showing.
Any help appreciated.

That sounds wrong, could you post a screen shot of the credit report showing this?0

Well you could blank out your name and other identifying details but at the moment its hard to guess what has happened

Unusual way of marking your file, the default normally takes preference, but the default date is there, so the whole lot will drop off your report at the 6 year mark, so all is well.I’m a Forum Ambassador and I support the Forum Team on the Debt free wannabe, Credit file and ratings, and Bankruptcy and living with it boards. possibly designed to freak you out? Keep tabs, as sourcrates say, the default trumps the AP marker. If you've have not made a mistake, you've made nothing0

Unusual indeed, it would be a good idea to download a copy of a credit report showing the default date and keep this, so you have the evidence in case it ever gets removed.
