Morning all, have quite a few more UU's to report for the month:
Max Factor Honey Nude Eyeshadow - use this everyday as a base shadow, replaced.
Dove Beauty Bar - have started using soap instead of shower gel and my skin is kind of loving it. The Dove bars are cheap and not stripping so have replaced with same.
Ultra Violette Preen Screen - this is a spray SPF to top up over makeup etc. Was a mini size that worked quite well. It's expensive for the size though so have replaced with the Garnier version, although I liked that this was more of a liquid than particles.
Floral Street Electric Rhubarb - loved this scent, have replaced with the Sunflower Pop that I picked up with my boots points but will want to go back to this at some point
Wild Deodorant - use it everyday, replaced with another refill.
Lush Yogg Nogg bath bomb - love this scent and loved the bomb. Would repurchase if it's still around when I need more bath stuff.
The Body Shop Spa of the World Body Scrub and Body Cream samples - got given these when I went it to pick up a replacement peppermint foot scrub recently and my goodness, that body cream is amazing. Might have to treat myself to some when I run out of my other lotions.
Biossance Lactic Acid Serum - this had been open a while as I was using it in place of my retinol when I went on holiday. Worked well but was conscious that it had been open a long time, so used it up on my feet instead and worked very well at keeping the dry skin at bay
Bobbi Brown Pot Rouge in Powder Pink - Now this was my Everest! This was one of the original pot rouge's that was lik 11g of product compared to the 3g in the newer version. I wore this on my wedding day 10 years ago and had it for a while before then. But it was perfect until the end. Have replaced it with another I bought at the same time (however many years ago that was) but in the shade Cabo Coral which is even more perfect for me than the Powder Pink was. Just hope it doesn't take another 10 years to use this one up!
Biossance Copper Peptide Serum - use this evey night, love the effect on my skin, have replaced with the same
Dove Body Scrub (macadamia and rice milk) - love the scent of this but wasn't quite scrubby enough for me. Have replaced with a Rituals one I got as a gift.
Byoma Brightening Serum - HG, replaced with same.
La Roche Posay Anthelios Dry Touch Gel Cream SPF 50+ - love this, have another ready to go.
Oskia Renaissance Cleansing Gel - love this cleanser, is a good (but expensive) replacement for my beloved Jordan Samuel Skin Original Aftershow cleanser. Have replaced with the larger 200ml version which I got on sale from Oskia through Amazon of all places.
Think that's it for now and not sure if I'll have anymore to report before the end of the month. Face powder is getting low and liquid liner looks like it might be drying out but apart from that I think everything else is still going strong sadly!Emergency Fund - £8572.39 / £10,000 :: Mortgage OP 2025 - £LISA 24/25 - £3200 / £4000 :: NSD 2025 - 2 / 150 :: Books Read: 1 / 52 :: Decluttering - 4 / 1000Engaged 9th December 2010 :: Married 29th October 2015 :: Bought a House 13th January 20170 -
itsthelittlethings said:In - two tea tree moisturisers, one from Asda and one from Superdrug for underboobage. It really works in the heat. They were both only about £3. Two primers, one from No 17 at £18 (grrr, not pleased with myself), one ELF for £10. Will have to see if the extra money was worth it, I doubt it.
MBA (may buy again) - black seed oil. You may have to get this from a Middle Eastern shop if you want to try it. It smells lovely and is very moisturising but very oily. I think it was about £9. I slather it on and then towel it off. It smells like Morocco.0 -
