    OK Don't pay any by direct debit, set up standing orders  for the amount you can afford to pay not what they want.

    You are in charge not them.

    Have they actually defaulted?
    All debts defaulted between February-May 2021.
    So they should be gone by 2027.

    As an update to this, I found that when I logged into the account and went to the "payment arrangement" section it was now allowing me to put in a figure.
    Previous to this it wasn't allowing me to change so it must reset once you've missed payments.
    I think this is how I was able to change it previously without calling them.
    So now I can pay my reduced amount without getting hassled to say I've missed a payment and it's not setup to DD so I'll make the payment manually.

    I'll do the same with the other accounts and pay the lesser amount.
