Marshall Peugeot Car Finance ALL CLOSED
Options
Hi, We bought a Peugeot through Marshall Group in Kent and found out today that all the Marshall Peugeot branches have closed. Our local branch has all our service records for our car. I have tried to contact Marshall Group at the Registered office address in Milton Keynes (01908 851000) and they said that they are not head office. HO can only be contacted by email (feedback@marshall.co.uk). This screams of a massive issue for Peugeot owners who need details from Marshall Group. We are going to email them and ask for our documents, plus details of the missing deposit (but thats another story), but I urge anyone who has bought a Peugeot from Marshall to be aware that they are closing their doors and wont be helping anyone.

As most cars no longer come with service books, you should keep the invoices that you would have recieved when picking up your car. The records will be accessible by other Peugeot dealers and you should also be able to access them through the app.

update: feedback@marshall.co.uk is no longer in use and they are not checking their emails, all contact must be via their complaints portal which basically says "contact your branch manager". Our branch is closed.0

Service records are usually held electronically nowadays by the manufacturer.0

Their website tells you where works and cases have been redirected to when actual dealers have closed Presumably your local one is one of the below.

Could you not contact the one nearest you and ask them some questions if your concerned?0 -
In early 2025 we bought a car from Marshall Peugeot in Kent who sold us (mis-sold more likely) various Marshall warranties. In our experience transfer of information among Peugeot dealerships is weak. Please be aware that if you have a Marshall warranty for your Peugeot it is unlikely to be valid unless you can find a Marshall Peugeot dealer so you have wasted your money. This is particularly important if you have an 'extended' warranty on the car itself. If you trust this to be true then you will find you have missed the 3 year sign up date for a Peugeot Approved Warranty and will not be able to get one of these. The various warranties seem to be all managed by Car Care Plan with a 'welcome' letter signed by the same person. But there's no transferability between them. Presumabily a Stellantis & You Peugeot Warranty is not valid at any non-Stellantis dealer. Issue needs a higher profile and investigation.0
